Its pretty easy. Two delicious meal replacements a day, your snack bar, your energy tea, and your 3-in-1 booster tablet.  You choose your own healthy dinner choice, drink 8-12 glasses of water a day, and move your body!

This is the system I used 5 years ago and the system I still use to make up lost ground after my 11 day visit home from the fair AND I use part of the system on a daily basis to keep on track and maintain what I’ve already lost.
It is possible to lose it and keep it off.  I didn’t believe it when people told me that 10 years ago or even 5 years ago.  Now, I do.
